For you to benefit of promotions and to purchase services from ZWL or to provide services to ZWL, you should have a sustaining service level agreement (“Agreement”) with ZWL. By regulation ZWL is not allowed to provide or to purchase services from and to parties that does not preserve such Agreement. ZWL will not recognize any business and or liability whatsoever arising from a party that does not preserve an Agreement with ZWL.
